Below are some frequently asked questions relating to our recruitment process. Please read them before asking further questions or proceeding with your recruitment phase.

1) What job vacancies are available in Putranto Alliance, and where can I find them?

Our current open job vacancy is on our website. We also frequently post regarding job vacancies on our social media, mainly Instagram & Linkedin. 

2) How can I apply for a job at Putranto Alliance?

There are several ways to apply at Putranto Alliance: 

  • You can fill in the application form on our webpage directly; 
  • you can email your application alongside your latest CV and relevant documents (Academic Transcript, Cover Letter / Work References, and other supporting documents) to recruitment@putranto-alliance.com; or
  • you can submit your CV and relevant documents (Academic Transcript, Cover Letter / Work References, and other supporting documents) to our office. 

3) What are the qualifications and requirements for the job I am interested in? 

You can see the qualification and requirements for each of our open position on their respective webpage. 

4) What is the process for selecting candidates?

We will screen the documents you sent to us when submitting your application and determine whether you are a good candidate for us. Every week, we will invite each applicant we deem fit to fill in our online test. 

5) What are the stages of the recruitment process, and how long does each stage take?

There are several stages in our recruitment process: 

  • CV Screening
  • Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive Test
  • Case Test
  • General Interview
  • User Interview


Each step in our recruitment process
takes one week. Except for the CV Screening step, we will notify you within one week after finishing a step. 
 

6) I received a Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive (SJCC) test invitation from Putranto Alliance. What should I do next?

Please confirm your availability for the test by filling in the confirmation form so that we know you are willing to take the test. We will not process your application further if you do not confirm your availability through the confirmation form.

7) I cannot open my test link. It says, “This form is currently not accepting responses.” What happened?

The test is only available during the date and time specified in your invitation email. Should you try to open the link before/after the specified time, the link won’t open.

8) Can I reschedule my test date?

You can only reschedule your test date to the next week on the same day and time as your scheduled test. Every applicant invited to the test will only get one chance to reschedule their test. 

9) What will the Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive (SJCC) test be like?

The SJCC test is where candidates answer questions to measure their ability to judge situations, job competency, and cognitive ability. The test is on the Microsoft Forms platform and consists of multiple-choice and essay questions. The test will only be available for twenty-four (24) hours; therefore, you must pay attention to time closely when doing the test.  

10) What should I prepare for the Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive (SJCC) test?

The cognitive test examines your logic, while the situational judgment test checks your character in various scenarios. Lastly, the competency test measures your knowledge of the position you are applying to. The test is in the form of multiple choices and essays. The essays relate to the given reading material and the position you are applying for.  

11) What device should I use for the Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive (SJCC) test?

Some of the questions within the test require long answers with specific formats. It is highly advised to use a PC or laptop if possible. 

12) What would happen if I did not finish the Situational Judgment, Competency, and Cognitive (SJCC) test?

Your answer would be incomplete and affects your grading. Please provide a valid reason if you cannot finish the test on time. We will consider whether you can retake the test based on your reason.  

13) What are the case tests like?

Our case test is designed to measure your practical knowledge, your attention to detail, and your Microsoft Office skills. Please follow the instruction carefully when doing it. You will be given two days to finish the test. 

14) Should I pass the test case and get invited to a general interview, what should I expect during the interview process?

Our general interview is held online. It is designed for us to know about your personality, your train of thought, and your cultural fit. The general interview is around 1,5 hours long. The questions asked in this interview are general information regarding your character. You only need to be honest and just be yourself during this interview. 

It is highly advised to use a PC or laptop with proper audio settings (working sound system & microphone) and stable internet connection.

15) What is the user interview? How can I prepare for it, and what questions should I expect to be asked?

The final step in our recruitment process is the online user interview. Our users will ask about your theoretical and practical knowledge. The user interview is around 30 minutes long. Please prepare your knowledge regarding cases and projects you will handle in the position you are applying for. We will also look at the CV you sent us, and we might ask questions regarding your experience.

16) How and when will I be notified if I am selected for the position?

Each recruitment step takes around one week, except our CV Screening step. For the CV Screening step, we only notify those who have passed our screening and are invited to our SJCC test. For the other steps, we notify every applicant regardless of their result. All of our notifications are done through email. 

17) How would the onboarding process be for new employees, and what should I expect?

We want everyone accepted as an employee of Putranto Alliance to be culturally fit and able to follow our fast-paced environment. During the first three months after you are accepted, you will learn about the process within our office, how we do things in our office, and teaching you about the culture we adopt. You will receive reading materials and weekly evaluations to ensure you follow our culture. 

18) What kind of staff we are looking for at Putranto Alliance?

We are looking for staff who can learn and have the initiative to know about the projects in the office. We are also looking for staff who can collaborate between existing divisions and apply the materials learned during onboarding.

19) What are the working hours at Putranto Alliance?

Our working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday – Friday. Working hours can be added/replaced on Saturdays if overtime is required. However, it can only be done with approval from their team leader and only if there is an urgent need.
