    The provision of salaries, compensation, and various benefits that are the rights of employees is also the task of HR departement by referring to Standard Operating Procedure and work contracts that have been previously agreed upon. As previously mentioned, the HR department is responsible for distributing certain compensations and benefits according to company regulations.
