LEGAL ASSOCIATE
(DISPUTE RESOLUTION, LITIGATION, mEDIATION & NEGOTIATION)

We are looking for someone who possesses a good logical thinking process, is passionate about learning, and can align their thinking to our Leaders, prioritizing agility, quality, and flexibility. We welcome candidates with excellent skills to adapt to our working environment and quickly learn about new things or tasks.

You will be responsible for handling issues related to dispute and mediation such as court litigation, domestic/international arbitration, criminal or regulatory investigation, compliance and investigation, administrative review, and judicial review. You will be in charge of going to places to solve our client’s legal issues. 

Responsibilities (TANGGUNG JAWAB)

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing required legal documents;
  • Giving accurate and timely legal advice according to client’s need;
  • Liaise or communicate with external parties (public authorities, counterparties, etc.);
  • Representing clients in legal proceedings (including in mediation, arbitration, judicial litigation, criminal investigation, etc.) and delivering subpoenas to relevant parties;
  • Conducting legal research or investigations as required;
  • Providing clear directions and working collaboratively with clients to help them;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents as required.

  • Able to make decisions, take responsibility for own actions, admit mistakes and apologize;
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively to deliver good results;
  • Able to reason when solving a problem and simplify them;
  • Able to empathize and communicate well with clients and respond rapidly to any possible complaints;
  • Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality;
  • Conduct work with integrity and collaborate responsibly using agile project management method.

REQUIREMENTS (KEMAMPUAN & SYARAT)

  • Have a strong commitment to perform given tasks and good flexibility in multitasking;
  • Possess sound logic and good interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Law with a strong academic record from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00, fresh graduates can also apply;
  • Familiar with regulations or laws in relation to dispute resolution (litigation and non-litigation);
  • Having PERADI license and willing to work outside of office to solve client’s issues;
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

      • Cognitive test (Average completion time: 30 minute)
      • Situational judgment & competency test (Average completion time: 60 minute)
      • Personality test (Average completion time: 40 minute)
    • The next step is scheduled online/offline interview to get to know you personally.
