Each step in our recruitment process takes one week. Except for the CV Screening step, we will notify you within one week after finishing a step.
The SJC3 test assesses candidates’ ability to evaluate situations, job competency, cognitive skills, and practical knowledge. Administered through Microsoft Forms, the test includes multiple-choice and essay questions, along with case documents provided via email that must be completed. The test will only be available for one week, and once the Microsoft Form is closed, you will need to restart the test from the beginning. Therefore, it is crucial to manage your time carefully and avoid closing the form before you are done.
The cognitive test examines your logic, while the situational judgment test checks your character in various scenarios. Lastly, the competency test measures your knowledge of the position you are applying to. The test is in the form of multiple-choice and general essays.
The case test is designed to measure your practical knowledge, your attention to detail, and your Microsoft Office skills. Please follow the instructions carefully.
Some of the questions within the test require long answers with specific formats. It is highly advised to use a PC or laptop if possible.
Your answer would be incomplete and affects your grading. Please provide a valid reason if you cannot finish the test on time. We will consider whether you can retake the test based on your reason.
Our general interview is held online. It is designed for us to know about your personality, your train of thought, and your cultural fit. The general interview is around 1,5 hours long. The questions asked in this interview are general information regarding your character. You only need to be honest and just be yourself during this interview.
It is highly advised to use a PC or laptop with proper audio settings (working sound system & microphone) and stable internet connection.
The final step in our recruitment process is the online user interview. Our users will ask about your theoretical and practical knowledge. The user interview is around 30 minutes long. Please prepare your knowledge regarding cases and projects you will handle in the position you are applying for. We will also look at the CV you sent us, and we might ask questions regarding your experience.
