BPJS Registration Process

Registration for Healthcare BPJS for Business Entities: 
  1. Choose the registration location according to the work area of the Healthcare BPJS Branch Office. 
  2. Complete the Business Entity Registration Form, including an email address for activation link delivery. 
  3. Activate the account via the email notification received. 
  4. Receive attachments, including printed registration forms, business entity code numbers, JKN-KIS contribution payment account numbers, and access rights for registering workers and family members on the Healthcare BPJS e-dabu website. 

Registration for Manpower BPJS for Business Entities: 
  1. Complete the Business Entity Registration Form, including an email address for activation link delivery. 
  2. Activate the account via the email notification received. 
  3. Receive attachments, including printed registration forms and access rights for registering workers and family members on the SIPP Manpower BPJS website.

For employees, BPJS contributions are paid by both the company and the employee. Independent members must pay the monthly fee themselves. 
Healthcare BPJS may not cover some advanced medical treatments, such as heart surgery and certain dental procedures. Additional independent healthcare insurance may be required for these services.
The late payment consequence for Manpower BPJS is 2% of the monthly contribution. For Healthcare BPJS, their BPJS will become inactive starting from the 1st of the following month.
