It depends on its sector. If the sector of PSE have additional requirement that needs to comply, PSE need to add another submission to that specific institution.
The OSS (Online Single Submission) system is an integrated licensing service in Indonesia that facilitates business licensing processes. PSEs must use the OSS system to register for TDPSE, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements before launching or operating an electronic system.
To meet TDPSE registration requirements, PSEs must implement strong data protection measures, including encryption, secure access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with personal data protection laws and regulations. These measures help ensure the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
The time required to obtain TDPSE registration can vary based on the completeness and accuracy of the submitted application. Typically, the process involves multiple stages of review and confirmation, so it’s advisable to start the registration process well in advance of your planned launch or operation date.
If there are any changes to the electronic system or the information provided during registration, the PSE must report these changes through the OSS system promptly.
