This success story highlights how we supported a national property developer in completing a large-scale strata title (Sertifikat Hak Milik atas Satuan Rumah Susun/SHMSRS) issuance for a residential complex, on time and with full legal integrity.
A prominent national developer engaged we to manage the strata title processing for an apartment complex consisting of 647 residential units. This was a key part of the developer’s strategy to fulfill handover obligations to buyers and support their year-end financial reporting.
